Refunds
Top Notes and Docs offers a full refund for any document that is not delivered to the customer or that is not as described on the website.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned document.
Returns
To return a document, please contact Top Notes and Docs customer service within 7 days of receiving the document.
You will be issued a return shipping label and a return authorization number.
Please ship the document back to Global Documents within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label.
Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Documents that have been used
- Documents that have been damaged by the customer
- Documents that are custom-made or personalized
